Meet Dr. Preeti, a seasoned Physical Therapist and yoga and mindfulness instructor with a unique blend of expertise. With years of clinical practice across multiple disciplines, Dr. Preeti integrates yoga, breath-work, and meditation into her therapeutic approach, addressing the root causes of burnout. Her journey began with early exposure to holistic practices, which she leveraged to navigate and thrive in challenging work environments after relocating to the West in 2006.

Dr. Preeti’s extensive experience spans corporate and private settings, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of modern life’s pressures. She has excelled in both clinical and supervisory roles, gaining deep insights into stress management and burnout prevention. Her approach focuses on mental resilience and offers innovative strategies for self-care and stress relief.

At the heart of Dr. Preeti’s mission is the “Mindful PT Community,” a program designed to support physical therapists and occupational therapists in transforming from burnout to bliss. Through this program, she provides practical tools and strategies to help clinicians achieve a balanced, rejuvenating lifestyle. 

Dr. Preeti also dedicates her time delivering seminars on mental wellness for rehabilitation therapists and hosting community yoga and Pranayama programs. She aims to raise awareness and provide essential tools for managing mental health.

Meet Preeti, Physical Therapist, Yoga and mindfulness instructor with a unique blend of expertise in yoga, meditation, and clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in multiple settings. With over 15 years as a physical therapist Preeti has experienced different stressors as an employee and tried to find holistic and natural approach to treat it.
At a very young age Preeti was exposed to yoga, Breath-work and Meditation but she really started to practice it 17 years ago when she moved to the West where she put those skills to practice and was able to bring her out of toxic work culture multiple times. Having worked in both corporate and private clinics, Preeti brings a comprehensive understanding to the demands of modern lifestyles.
Throughout her career, Preeti has not only served as a proficient clinician but also taken on leadership roles as a supervisor. This has equipped her an in-depth perspective on managing stress and preventing burnout, both personally and professionally for herself and her staff. Her journey has led her to specialize in integrating mindfulness practices, such as yoga, Breath-work and meditation, to address the root causes of burnout.
